Booking a Live Event
Booking a live event is easy. Simply select your package and pay the deposit. One of our reps will contact you within 1 business day to go over the details.
Yes you can. Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours of your event. Please contact us to cancel or change your event.
Prometheus.Live guarantees your live stream event in a minimum of standard HD at 720p. We use the latest in cellular broadband technology to achieve this and a stable WiFi as a secondary data source when available. Sometimes conditions present themselves that we cannot maintain a stable internet connection. In this case we will refund you 30% of your fee.
Prometheus.Live requires a $100 booking fee to reserve your spot on our schedule. You can checkout and pay online with a major credit card. The balance will be invoiced 24 hours before the event and must be paid in advance for us to show up. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us.
General Questions
Please ensure we have access to the venue a minimum of 1 hour before your event so we can properly setup or equipment. You will need to make sure payment of the balance was made before we arrive. If possible, please provide any WiFi passwords or a contact at the venue so we can acquire them. It might also be nessesary for us to access the PA\Sound System.
Every Event comes with a custom page on our website. You can provide an image and description and we will create the page. The page will have all nessesary links to your live feed as well as an embedded YouTube stream. Your virtual guests can simply visit our site to search for your event or use the URL we provide you.
Absolutely! Please sign up and register so you can manage your own event. Once we determine the live feed location, we may need to access your event to create the links.
We will record your event in addition to live streaming. Post event we will perform basic editing of the digital file including color correction and title\closing cards. Once completed, we will send you a link to download the file from Google Drive. Please allow 5 business days for completion. The link will be active for 30 days.
